The priests of Holy Family Parish each have a group of Seven Sisters group praying for them, a quiet ministry of prayer.  All prayer can become more efficacious when aided with fasting. 

The Fasting Brothers strengthen the prayers of the Seven Sisters in their particular way of prayer for our priests.  According to the rules established by the apostolate, six men from one group and each man has a day of the week on which they fast or abstain from something (there is no fasting on Sundays). You choose the day best suited for you and stay with that day every week.  The commitment is for one year.
